These Terms & Conditions apply to the Krzyżówka Challenge mobile application ("Application") developed by Paweł Grzejszczak ("Service Provider", "we", "us").
By downloading or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
The Application is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Application.
If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child under 13 is using the Application, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in the Application — including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights — remain the sole property of the Service Provider.
The Application offers optional virtual items available for purchase ("In-App Purchases"), including:
All In-App Purchases are processed through the platform you are using (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective payment terms. The Service Provider does not directly process payment information.
Users under 16 must obtain parental or guardian consent before making any In-App Purchase. Parents and guardians are advised to use device parental controls to manage purchase permissions.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, add, or remove virtual items and their prices at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated clearly before a purchase is completed.

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of connectivity or exhausted data allowance.
If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms apply. You accept responsibility for any data charges, including roaming charges, incurred while using the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Such actions may compromise device security and result in the Application not functioning correctly.
It is your responsibility to keep your device charged. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if you are unable to access the Application due to a flat battery.
The Service Provider may release updates to the Application from time to time. You agree to install available updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be compatible with the operating system version on your device.
The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
All content within the Application — including but not limited to crossword puzzles, artwork, animations, sound effects, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of the Service Provider and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Application without prior written consent from the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
